Investigating - Treasury Prime is investigating with Grasshopper Bank an issue in communication between the two platforms. This is currently impacting data for on-core accounts, book transfers, and the availability of information in the Treasury Prime console. The issue does appear to be intermittent at this time. Both teams are engaged in triage.

Bangor Savings Bank and Treasury Prime are now seeing successful book transfers and are working through the prior items to address them.

Treasury Prime is seeing error responses when attempting to complete book transfers at a specific bank partner, Bangor Savings Bank. The team is currently investigating the issue. This will impact payment streams which are dependent on completing book transfers such as originated ACH item and wires.
